Finally!

That's all he said when I came into the living room today, as I do every year, to check on my expectantly placed shoe. That's all I needed to know - I immediately realized what a predicament he was in: Santa Claus, trapped in a shoe that was far too tight - on a day like this! I freed him immediately and he disappeared without another word. I guess he still had a lot of catching up to do.
